Chord Company offers factory support for UK customers and dealers in lockdown 2.0


6th November 2020, Wiltshire, England:
 Chord Company will be working even more closely with both its customers and retailers this autumn/winter, as the UK lockdowns continue to affect hi-fi shops. The Wiltshire company, which has been producing hand-built A/V cables from its base just outside historic Stonehenge since 1985, will be working (safely) at full capacity to support its ‘at home’ customers, global distributors and UK retail network.

The cable specialist will be offering its proprietary-technology cables on a direct-to-customer delivery basis for UK retailers who need it. For just £6, Chord Company customers can arrange to have their orders shipped direct from the UK factory to their homes, by arrangement with their local Chord Company retailer.

To help even further, UK customers seeking repairs, modifications or upgrades, can also contact Chord Company to arrange to send their product to the factory directly, subject to first obtaining an RMA number (Return Material Authorisation) from the factory team. 



For new purchases delivered directly to the home, customers should first contact their preferred Chord Company dealer using the online locator: chord.co.uk/dealers/. For repairs, modifications or upgrades, customers should contact Chord Company by email: sales@chord.co.uk. Both services are available in the UK only.

International customers can rest assured that despite the latest UK lockdown measures, the factory is operating (safely) at full capacity and will be offering the usual high level of support to customers, distributors and retail outlets worldwide.
